Caring
We take a genuine interest in our clients’ lives as personal experience is a valuable source of lessons and inspiration. A keen ear for these details often influences your strategy for personal growth.
Authenticity
Living openly and authentically is the only way to achieve your ultimate goals. And while the truth can sometimes be difficult to hear, our coaching is built upon the belief that judgement stalls progress.
Confidentiality
Every client must feel comfortable talking freely. Anything less can limit breakthroughs. This is why everything discussed in your sessions remains strictly between you and your life coach.
Book your free virtual consultation and experience each of these principles firsthand.
Career, family, health – you can have it all. Our experience has taught us that our own thoughts and feelings often create the barriers that block the path toward the life you want to live. Whatever your motivations or priorities, look to Lifewell life coaching for guidance in unlocking the best way forward, and the best in yourself.
I grew up in a small Iowa town, the second of eight kids. Negotiating and problem solving come natural to me. Among many other life skills. And most importantly, I learned to treat people with respect and kindness.
I married my high school sweetheart. I know commitment. I’m raising 2 young adulting grownups, learning to launch and support based on their needs.
As a third generation Chicago Cubs fan, I’m loyal and love to root for the underdog.
On vacations, I love to pause and appreciate a sunset, especially on a walk on the beach. My favorite colors come out in the fall and in the gold of a cornfield. I’m a bit of a thrill seeker who has skydived, bungy-jumped, ziplined, snorkeled and I’m willing to give something new a try.
You don’t have to ask me twice to get an ice cream. I enjoy cooking and growing things in my small garden. I appreciate a quick wit and sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine. I believe in the power of a positive thought and an open mind.
